Your status on our DNC list does not affect your relationship as a customer and does not preclude us from contacting you in regard to any existing products or services you’ve purchased from Swell. If you change your phone number or establish a new phone number, it is your responsibility to contact Swell to place the new number(s) on our DNC list. If you wish to request a print copy of this policy you may do so by mailing your request in writing to the address listed below. We will send the policy by regular US mail within thirty (30) days of receiving your request. Please note we must receive your request in writing with your complete mailing address.
