Swell's Terms & Conditions for Preparing and Submitting Incentive Applications

  1. Swell SGIP Program. Swell Energy LLC (“Swell”), a Delaware limited liability company, offers to prepare and submit Self-Generation Incentive Program (“SGIP”) applications for residential energy storage customers through an online form (the “SGIP Form”).
  2. Program. SGIP provides cash incentives for the installation and operation of residential energy storage systems, among other qualifying technologies. For more information, visit http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/General.aspx?id=5935.
  3. Agreement. In order to submit the SGIP Form at www.swellenergy.com/, you (“Customer”) must check the box to indicate that you have read and agree to these SGIP Terms and Conditions.
  4. Authority to Prepare and Submit Customer SGIP Application. Customer hereby grants Swell a limited power of attorney and signature authority for purposes of submitting documentation in connection with the California Self-Generation Incentive Program. Swell will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure Customer’s SGIP incentive. However, Customer understands and agrees that SGIP funds may not be available and Swell shall not be liable for failing to obtain SGIP funding for Customer.
  5. Confidentiality. The existence of this agreement and all of its contents are confidential and proprietary between Customer, Swell, and the Utility.
